In today’s world organisations of every kind operate in a climate of fierce competition.

Consistent Improvement is now critical to survival, rather than being a pre-requisite for success.

Organisation “A”, denoted by the blue line is demonstrating such improvement.

Unfortunately it is increasingly the case that this is not sufficient.

Organisation “B” denoted by the green line has a superior approach to consistent improvement.

The result is, from the market’s perspective, the performance of Organisation “A”  is deteriorating.
It is usual to associate such improvements with innovation and the application of  new technology. However for the majority of organisations equal if not greater opportunities reside in their internal processes.

Similarly, for many organisations it is not the availability of technology or the lack of innovative  ideas that are the barriers, it is more often the ability to successfully execute the projects that deliver such step-change improvements.
